How long is the program?
6 weeks.
Do I have to cook?
You don’t HAVE to but eating whole, nutritious foods prepared at home is the best way to see results quickly. If you don’t have time to cook, you can utilize our meal prep service by Lazy Susan! The meals are macro friendly and delivered to the studio every Tuesday once you place your order.
Do I have to track macros?
Yes, this is how we will determine how much of each nutrient you’re getting so you can see results fast!
Can I drink alcohol?
You CAN but it’s best to minimize drinking alcohol during the 6-week program to achieve best results.
Do I get a meal plan and grocery lists?
Yes and yes! We lay it all out for you so it’s easy to follow and shopping is a breeze.
What if I have allergies or food sensitivities?
Our program is gluten-free and dairy-free. If you have other food sensitivities, chat with our coaches – they can customize a plan that works for you!
What certifications do your nutritionists hold?
Sam and Kristin are both certified FASTer Way To Fat Loss Coaches. Their certifications are endorsed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Do I have to exercise?
Again, you don’t HAVE to but exercising speeds up the process and makes you feel energized. Plus its great for the body as a whole!
I’ve heard there is intermittent fasting. Do I have to do that part?
Fasting looks different for everyone. While intermittent fasting is encouraged, it is not required. Chat with your coaches to learn about all the benefits of gentle fasting!
How soon should I see results?
Results will vary based on many factors like age, activity level, etc. We guarantee that if you stick with the program, you’ll see physical progress and FEEL amazing!
