Do you have changing rooms?
Yes. You will be able to change into your cryo-gear and store your belongings safely during your session.
How long is the session?
Each cryotherapy session is just 3 minutes long and one of our staff will accompany you throughout the experience.
I've heard that going from extreme cold to extreme heat is beneficial to my health - can I go from the sauna to the cryo chamber?
No. You can START with cryotherapy and then hop into the sauna but not the other way around. Your sweat will freeze on your body if so and can cause unnecessary health complications.
Do your current membership prices include cryotherapy?
No. We are currently updating our price list to reflect this addition to our menu of services.
